Paul J. Wright

President

Paul's background is in Business Management; which he utilized early in his career as Vice President of Operations for a National Athletic Equipment Company. He also had the opportunity to use his skills and talents to turn around, and save many large Corporations. He did this by incorporating sales, and leadership training programs that were at the time, considered cutting edge and very unique. This experience led to more opportunities to consult, and train many sales organizations for large domestic and Fortune 500 Corporations.

He owns and sits on the board of two companies. The first, a leadership training company that specializes in training, and coaching for Sales Executives in Corporate America. The second, is a Sales and Marketing firm. He is also a regular Keynote Speaker for many fortune 500 companies.

Paul has spent many years in the Direct Sales Industry as a Master Distributor; working directly with the field, and as a VP of Sales and Marketing in the corporate side of the business. He has assisted numerous Network Marketing Firms as a consultant building large organizations. His perspective is unique due to his experience of having been both a Corporate Executive, and a Master Distributor. His Leadership training has trained many industry leaders in the area of Business Building.

Paul's real passion is Golf. He was privileged to be Golf Pro for many years and believes that life, and the game of golf have many parallels. First and foremost, finding the best in ourselves and what drives us to achieve and succeed.


James J. Packer

Corporate Legal Council

Mr. Packer brings over fourteen years of experience in Corporate Compliance, Business Development, Real Estate Transactions & Finance, Land Use, Taxation of Corporation and Partnerships, Mergers and Acquisitions, Network Marketing, and Securities in both the public and private sector.

Since obtaining advanced degrees in business from Brigham Young University's Marriot School of Business, and law from Ohio Northern University, Mr. Packer has maintained an ongoing private legal practice.

Mr. Packer has consulted for some of the largest, most successful network marketing organizations, providing legal advice, and assisting in a myriad of matters including, but not limited to: state and federal regulations; FDA regulatory compliance; product and label review; drafting and ongoing review of corporate and distributor materials; trademark and copyright matters; industry resourcing and planning; vendor and licensing arrangements; and foreign expansion matters. During Mr. Packer's network marketing tenure, he has successfully assisted clients in opening and expanding operations into Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Taiwan.

In addition, over the last fourteen years Mr. Packer has been involved in the acquisition, construction, and development of projects in and around Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Hawaii, Ohio, and Virginia.

Mr. Packer currently serves as the managing partner of Packer & Meredith, P.C. There he also acts as legal counsel and trustee for a Trust, which presently owns and manages over $67 million dollars in commercial and residential real estate.

Prior to law school, Mr. Packer owned and managed a real estate valuation, and speculation company with assets that topped $6 Million.

Mr. Packer has substantial experience in project management, market research development, marketing strategy, and business and financial planning. In summation, Mr. Packer brings a wealth of expertise, knowledge, and experience in corporate compliance, network marketing matters, real estate transactions, finance, business development, and operations management.


Kristin J. Paystrup

Office Manager/Loan Officer

Kristin is in the mortgage industry because she loves to help people, and saw a need for change. The biggest challenge she sees when evaluating clients is the fact that people live beyond their means. Too many people have the tendency to spend just as much as they make; especially with the cost of living so high right now. Kristin decided to become a part of SIREN because it shows us, and teaches us how to get control of our debt: instead of our debt getting control of us.

When Kristin is not at the office she is spending quality time with her dog and sweetheart. She is the loudest fan at Energy Solutions Arena whenever the Jazz play.

Kristin has a great way with people, and brings with her knowledge and experience from the mortgage industry.
