Bashaan and John Paystrup, founders of Systems International Real Estate Network (SIREN) are excited to welcome you to the SIREN family.

John and his beautiful wife Bashaan, have lived in Springville, Utah for most of their lives. They enjoy the opportunity to raise their 3 wonderful children, Mitchell, Haylee, and Brinlee, in a community that appreciates and promotes family values, and family participation in the community.

John has been a leader in the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry for over 15 years. His vast expertise has allowed him to buy and sell over 25 million dollars in real estate. John's knowledge of the lending industry has proven to be extremely beneficial. Closing thousands of Mortgage loans has given him an edge in his real estate investing. John also participates heavily in the sports programs for the youth; as a coach and mentor at a very impressionable time in their lives. This of course, is in keeping with his fabled sports history as an All-State athlete. He wants to share the true joy that comes from searching for the best in ourselves, and realizing that all our desires and aspirations are far more attainable when we work together as a team!

Bashaan is also very involved in many philanthropic and humanitarian efforts. Like John, Bashaan has a deep seeded conviction that everyone should have the opportunity to improve their lives, and experience the joy we all dream of. Bashaan's heart felt compassion serves as a motivator to help those around her take pleasure in their lives, and experience the happiness she already enjoys. As a mother and wife, she realizes the need for peace of mind that can only come from having stability, security, and prosperity for our families.
